The L.A. RECORD council of elders spent the last week or so listing and arguing and filtering down about 300 Los Angeles-area releases from 2007 into the two lists below—one for albums and one for EPs/singles.
We invite all readers, friends and supporters of L.A. RECORD and Los Angeles music to vote for up to TEN favorites in each category! We will leave the polls open for a week and then call the results. Bands and fans and labels are encouraged to circulate this poll to as many people as they want. Voting is open to anyone who wants to vote. Here are the direct links:
