  Ok Ok They’re not ACTUALLY going to duke it out..

Then head over to Spaceland for Mezzanine Owls‘ Residency with support from Eagle and Talon, We Barbarians, and The Black Kites.

Both shows are totally FREE.

07MayCGT Reviews Henry Clays At Viper Room

Fancy my luck - This past Monday The Henry Clay People AND Mezzanine Owls were playing two stellar shows on either side of town. I had to make a tough decision and missed Henry Clay People’s show.

BUT thanks to Mouse at Classical Geek Theater’s lengthy review loaded with tons of photos I feel like I was there. Joey apparently got 2/3’s of The Viper Room crowd to do rock jumps during the band’s epic final song. West of La Brea that’s like trying to part the red sea. Joey you deserve a medal.

Mezzanine Owls (Los Angeles, CA)

Mezzanine Owls‘ month long residency at Club Spaceland  kicks off TONIGHT with a Cinco De Mayo Fiesta and performances from Wait Think Fast, In Waves, and San Francisco’s Minipop. The band will be performing every Monday night during the month of May.  Admission is 21 yrs + and totally FREE!
